Returns: All merchandise purchased from Hyde Tack
can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Only actual purchase
price will be refunded. Purchaser is responsible for shipping cost to
and from. Customer must contact Hyde Tack and inform them of returning
item within the 7 days. Any returned item must be unused and in same package
in order to receive refund. Any return received out of package will incure
a 15% service fee, any returned item that has been used will not receive
any refund. In the event your order is shipped incorrect or item is damaged
Hyde Tack will pay for shipping charges. If you order the wrong item,
size, color or would like to exchange merchandise the customer is responsible
for all shipping charges. Refunds in most cases will be issued within
7 working days from receipt of merchandise.
Warrenties: Warrenties are offered thru manufactures
not Hyde Tack. In the event you have warrenty issues Hyde Tack will assist
you with you warrenty claim.
Orders: Orders usually ship within 4 days of Payment
receipt. If items are not instock Hyde Tack will contact you to discuss
options.
